The current Aventum X already leans hard on custom liquid cooling and serviceability, with fixed inlet and outlet ports on the motherboard tray for easier loop changes.
Digital Storm is offering both Intel and AMD CPUs, topping out at Intel Core Ultra 9 285K for $ 5,064, AMD Ryzen 9 9950X for $ 5,032, and AMD Ryzen Threadripper 9960X for $ 7,153.
You can pile on RAM, SSD and GPU options depending on how silly you want to get with the spec and how brave you are with the invoice.
In the teaser shots, the new Aventum X appears to use an ASUS ROG motherboard and packs two Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics cards with pre-routed power connectors.
The liquid cooling runs into the CPU looks almost suspiciously clean; it appears to use dual DIMM slots, but Digital Storm is keeping the speeds and finer details quiet for now.
Digital Storm is clearly going for the crowd that wants maximum performance, maximum polish and minimum patience for anything that looks remotely ordinary.
