G.Skill has announced its new 32GB DDR4 memory module which will be the base for a couple of new memory kits, including a high capacity 256GB (8x32GB) kit.

Peaking at 4000MHz at 1.4V, the new 32GB DDR4 memory module will be coming as a part of several new Trident Z Royal and Trident Z Neo kits, aimed at both Intel and AMD platforms.

The list starts with the Trident Z Royal DDR4-3200 CL16 256GB (32GBx8) kit, which features eight 32GB modules and is aimed to be used on current HEDT platforms. Hitting the frequency of 3200MHz, the kit was validated on the latest X299-based Asus ROG Rampage VI Extreme Encore motherboard and Intel's Core i9-9820X CPU, showing that high-capacity memory kits are ideal for workstations or systems running multiple virtual machines.

As noted earlier, the new memory module will be a part of a couple of new kits, ranging from 2666MHz CL18 at 1.2V to 4000MHz CL18 1.4V, and come in kit or single module configurations, ranging from 32GB to 256GB.

Unfortunately, G.Skill did not reveal any details regarding the price, but these are likely to be widely available in Q4 2019.
